I'm testing it right now and it works great, but I want to know, if and how it is possible to remove the bootloader? It's not just done with deleting the vboot-folder, right?

next update of the binary, we will add a command to uninstall "vbootedit.exe uninstall /mbr"

For now, you can simply delete the vboot folder, then remove the boot entry from your boot.ini file (on XP), or from BCD on Vista/7.

If you wanted to uninstall the drivers from your Windows instance, you can run "devmgmt.msc", and click SCSI or Storage nodes, find VBoot device, and click Remove.

It does not, neither does devcon remove
Even after both of the above, there are still quite few references to vboot, that can not be easily removed (due to registry protection)

some of the keys are generated when a device is mounted.

If you want to delete those enum keys, you can use psexec, e.g.,

psexec.exe -s -i regedit

which allows you to delete any keys.
